The Sunrise Social is a morning festival of activities designed to supercharge your mind and body in the ultimate wellness circuit. Your ticket gives you access to one breath & movement session, and unlimited access to the saunas and cold plunges for the duration of the event. Enjoy the saunas, and cold plunges before and/or after your breath & moevemetn session. Expect a few hundred like-minded individuals starting their day with the ultimate mental & physical wellness routine, and connecting in community.
