Together with Dimensions, we combine immersive experience design with clinical insight, beginning with a pre-arrival consultation to understand individual goals and baseline needs, and continuing through guided protocols for cold, heat, breathwork, and recovery. Each retreat is practitioner-led, with space for integration practices that support recovery and carry forward into daily life.
