UNBOUNDED & THE PEOPLE

This community exists because of the people inside it. Facilitators, creatives, volunteers, and contributors who found their way here and stayed.

Nick Mcnaught
FOUNDER, FACILITATOR
Nick is a co-founder of Unbounded and the operational backbone behind its experiences. He brings structure, safety, and clarity to everything from small workshops to large-scale public events, leading from inside the experience rather than above it. His work with nervous system regulation began after losing a close friend to drowning. What started as a personal practice with cold exposure became a way to meet discomfort without resistance and stay present through challenge. Nick facilitates with a focus on safety, breath, and attention, helping people move through fight-or-flight rather than against it.
Approach
Uses breath, cold, and music to support nervous system regulation and grounded presence.

How THIS community took shape

Unbounded formed like a living system. One person practicing, another nearby, rhythms slowly overlapping. What moved between them wasn’t instruction but presence. People absorbed the practice by staying close, returning, and letting it shape them over time. As more bodies entered, the organism grew. Roles weren’t assigned; they emerged. Unbounded continues to move because people keep choosing to step in together.
