Intentional breathing and yoga sessions woven throughout the space to help you ground your energy, improve flexibility, and prepare your body for recovery.
Recovery Zone
Recharge between sessions with access to recovery-focused experiences like red light therapy, massages, stretching, myofascial release, and IV boosters.
Curated Food Vendors
Refuel with thoughtfully selected food vendors and hydration stations offering options that support energy, recovery, and different dietary needs throughout the day.

Do I follow a schedule?

No. Different spaces run at the same time. You move between them as you like.

What can I do at the event?

Sauna and cold plunge, breathwork, sound sessions, yoga, movement, music, food, and social spaces.

What is contrast therapy?

Moving between heat and cold. Most people rotate between sauna and cold plunge.

How do time slots work?

Your ticket gives you a 4-hour window. You can arrive anytime within it.

What time slots are available?

8AM–12PM
10AM–2PM
12PM–4PM

Can I stay longer than my slot?

No. Access is limited to your selected window.

Do I need prior experience?

No. You can move at your own pace. Nothing is required.

Is anything guided?

Yes. Breathwork, sound, and movement sessions are guided. Heat and cold are self-paced.

How intense is it?

As intense as you choose. You decide how long you stay in each space.

What should I bring?

Swimwear, towel, water bottle. Comfortable clothes.

Are there changing areas and showers?

Yes. Both will be available on-site.

Will there be food?

Yes. Food vendors and refreshments will be available.
