ABOUT
Cold Camp

Cold Camp is a guided winter retreat focused on cold exposure, heat, and nervous system regulation. Set in the Algonquin Highlands, the retreat brings together a small group for three immersive days of intentional contrast, movement, rest, and connection in nature.

Across the weekend, guests are guided through sauna and cold immersion sessions alongside supportive practices designed to build resilience without overwhelm. Whether you are new to cold exposure or returning to deepen your practice, Cold Camp is designed to meet you where you are. Come prepared for cold water, warmth, quiet moments, and shared experiences that help you reset and reconnect before returning home.
